ATTENTION: NO SCORE SHEETS WILL BE SUPPLIED, this is due to time constraints. Please ask the Judge at the time of the class for score and feedback.

NO POINTS ARE SUBMITTED BY RHASA – This is a B class show, no points will be submitted to other associations by Rhasa. Individual breed point forms can be signed by the show secretary; points form to be presented to the show secretary at the conclusion of the show and must be completed. No blank form will be signed.

RHASA Inclement Weather Policy

Definition

Inclement weather is defined as the existence of rain or abnormal climatic condition (such as hail, extreme cold, high wind, sever dust storm, extreme high temperature or any combination of these conditions) where it is not reasonable or it is unsafe for competitors and livestock to continue to work in those conditions.

Days of extreme/catastrophic fire risk and bans are also included in this definition for RHASA.

Cancellation of Events

RHASA committee will monitor weather conditions and fire danger warnings via the BOM and CFS websites the week prior to an event, if a decision by the RHASA committee is made to cancel the event this will be made 2 days prior to the event and all competitors will be notified by the RHASA secretary via email and our Facebook site.
